How can Apple not be an infringer when they are in the cell phone business?

EDIG long ago identified cell phones as a target market and has already sued Nokia, the largest cell phone maker in the world for patent infringement.

The question is will EDIG release news BEFORE the 10Q due out in a few weeks or after?

A Nokia settlement, if and when announced should further the EDIG's revenue stream credibility....then there are those other 17 waiting to surface.

February/March should have some sparks flying.
