I think it's quite possible that we'll get the settlement PR before seeing anything about it on Pacer. It would be nice if they combined the amounts from all recent settlements and made it public; something like: "e.Digital has received over $5 million in one-time licensing fees from settlements since the last shareholders meeting". Probably won't happen though... unless that's one of the 'elements'.

No PRs in over a month... and EDIG Thursday is tomorrow!
