buyback is better for a stock like this. one main problem right now is too little money chasing too many shares. we need to reduce the float.

also, a buyback would signal that mgmt. believes the stock is undervalued. it would be like saying very emphatically, "the bad old days when we issued all those shares are over. we're in the black, and we're buying them back." jmho
