IMO, DM has changed the dismissal language in their motions for dismissal to keep the public guessing on settlements reached and give EDIG the opportunity to announce it to the world. I guess I stole EDIG's thunder by announcing settlements early. DOH!

All the Texas 7 PACER filings for dismissal clearly said a settlement had been reached. The Wolverine Data PACER filing for dismissal did not, and no other CO 19 motion probably will either. DM simply asks the court that Company XYZ be dismissed and then it's up to EDIG to release the PR on their timetable.

But we do know for sure that Ikegami and both Roland companies have settled because I heard Jameson tell the judge in person and the settlement is spelled out in Doc 144. Have to wait on EDIG to make the announcement on them and Leica Camera AG if indeed Leica did settle.
