I'm going from memory here, but I think one dismissal was for DVG Technology (or something like that) because that was the wrong name, and there will be another filing with the correct name.

The other dismissal was Leica camera, and that could very well be because of a settlement in the works, but we don't know yet. I'm sure we will, SOON!
