My guess is BOW did not enter into this partnership voluntarily, as by all accounts he is a control freak. Most likely this was driven by market pressures and he was forced into it.

It wasn't enough to gain market share by buying digecor and working with EDIG...he had to own it, create his own production line and then try to sue EDIG...not a reflection of a guy looking to partner unless forced to do so.

So do they keep on servicing a dwindling market share or divest themselves of that arm of wencor?
