How does refusing to fill your order @ .16 translate to holding down the price? If that's what you think, try placing an order @ .14. If they want to hold down the price, they'll fill it. I can envision them saying......"We'll fill it for .14 and hopefully some idiot will try to buy @13. We'll show them we can take the price as far down as we want. Let's see who blinks first". :>) :>) :>)
