My thoughts exactly. I think he was hoping to snatch EDIG's IP as window dressing to help sell his company. I wonder if it was a fire sale in tough economic times.

I would not be surprised to see digecor evaporate since, as you note, they haven't announced any new business in some time.

Wouldn't that be a shame....maybe EDIG will pick up their service contracts...poetic justice should that happen.
