voicenav is a trade mark of edig if you go the edig website under history for the years 2000-2003 you will see voicenavTM.

voice nav is short for voice navigation I am not sure if we can go after them for infringing on our trade name, I know now they are part of the CO 19 for patent 774.

but what do I know about legal issue or tech may be Gil can shed some light on this.
