Giant's....I feel they have tried to push their wears.....thing is, for the simplicity of solutions in driving audio and video, would you pay?

It's strange that e.Digital ends up with patents demonstrating simplicity as they have, while others(BAN) thought it necessary to follow the elements of status quo ....ie bit-mapping and RAM resource.

Thing is, e.Digital ends up with much more than an effort to funnel status quo as BAN did.....they each started for a differing objectives.

When it came to light for me of what e.Digital had come up with, I figured they would never be able to sell it without one horrendous fight ...and then they might never move it....

Low and behold comes DM....and boy did I see things different then.

I definitely feel they have done a great job of hanging on.....

Now, for the most part, you have to give them the room to establish their teachings.....the front end alone of their patents allows them to do this without much upset to defendants.
