Agree, Won't happen in 2010. At least anytime soon in 2010. Too early in the process of monitizing our IP and not enough in the kitty. Hard to tell at this juncture how the priorities will sort themselves out. If there's 30 - 50M in the till and the burn rate remains relatively the same then management will be confronted with a variety of choices. All of them would translate to an improving share price. A buyback would work best if the shareprice stays in this range. I'm not sure how a balance is achieved between acquiring shares back and the widespread recognition that we are able and willing to do just that. The most reasonable plan for a successful buyback would be to transact it prior to any announcement. Given that many would not sell at current levels I'm not sure how many shares could be bought back. I doubt that 180M shares (yeilding 100M shares outstanding) could possibly be reacquired unless the offer went up to at least .50/ share, maybe even a buck or more. Thats way deeper pockets than I just suggested and not do-able unless the settlements become much larger or more numerous or both. Just going to have to take time.
