Yesterday I placed an order to buy 15K for my son at 14.5... At the time bid was .14 and ask was .145.They metered out 3 1000K shares and jumped the ASK to .15. I raised the Bid to .148...

For the rest od the day they traded under or over .148 and did not fill the rest of my ORDER.
