Your 2 nickles beats my 2 cents. ......Sorry bout that.
Just thought it would be worthwhile to compare the language from the 2nd Q's last paragraph with the 3 Q's.
2nd Q
“With our improving business outlook and the validation of our IP monetization strategy, we are overhauling our website and evaluating programs and options to attain greater visibility to the investing community,” Falk concluded, “We have also been approached regarding licensing terms apart from current litigation efforts as a result of our early licensing success. We expect additional IP licensing and eVU systems and services revenues this fiscal year.”
3rd Q
Commenting on the Company’s plans to attract additional investment interest in e.Digital, Robert Putnam, e.Digital’s senior vice president, stated, “As we continue to build upon last fiscal year’s progress through landing and announcing anticipated Flash-R licensing agreements, new eVU orders and partnerships, and improving the Company’s financials, we expect to draw the attention of micro cap funds and retail investors with an interest in intellectual property related equities. We believe we have some of the fundamentals in place to make e.Digital appealing to funds and new investors and, this year, we expect to add other elements necessary to attract significant new investment interest.”
I would suggest that they have mostly delivered on the lanquage offered in the 2nd Q's report. They have revamped their website, have a royalty bearing liscensing and settlement agreement with Wolverine, and announced 3 new airline agreements for the eVu, Those eVu orders included service agreements.
(The delivery was made pursuant to a new eVU systems and services order issued by North American Airlines. Similar language is used in the PR announcing Air Burkina and Air Mali)
The only part of that 2nd Q report that remains unfulfilled is this language.
......"evaluating programs and options to attain greater visibility to the investing community,” Falk concluded
It's language that Putnam picks up on and developes in the last paragraph of the 3rd Q's report.
"We believe we have some of the fundamentals in place to make e.Digital appealing to funds and new investors and, this year, we expect to add other elements necessary to attract significant new investment interest.”
As an investor of 11 years standing I'm confident they will deliver on this language just as they delivered on the language of the previous Q's report.
