Yes, you are right that EDIG hired DM, but my understanding is that DM decides who, when and where to file. Certainly management is giving DM the big picture direction on what they want to do with respect to showing steady growth, but from what I get from my discussions is that EDIG leaves all the details to DM, per their agreement.

What I look forward to is the 19 getting done in record time and being well into the next round this calendar year...with management then being able to give guidance as to their next level of expectations....backed with a pile of cash in the coffers.
