Yes they've made some mistakes, however I don't see anyone reducing their rating level as a result. You can't possibly name one company or entity that has not made a mistake.

Fortunately for most companies, they don't have the magnifying glass of this forum on them. Somebody has been given the riot act, learned a lesson and now we move on.
