You are correct, it was really meant for DABOSS.
But I would care about another 10% dilution regardless of how much the stock appreciated. Why would I want to give away any money.
Hey, a 500% increase only takes us to about $.75, and that still keeps me in the red by a siginificant amount, so every little dilution counts.
And DABOSS only and too often looks at the impossible upside which isn`t my cup of tea.
