Softeq (Softec?) was mentioned in relation to FY`04/2004 (when the Disney thing happened). We`re in FY`06. IMO Softec is no longer in the picture.

Nice to finally have some substance to chew on (that smells good and doesn`t draw flies!).

A simplistic look at the numbers prompts pondering. On 5/3/05, they said $1.2M. Then we got the 5/17/05 $635K order and word of $1.8M (which made since). Now we see $1.9M. Shouldn`t deliveries of some/all of those orders from 5/3/06 be complete? Payment terms?

Since they haven`t announced any further orders from Wencor, and suspecting payment is still pending on those previous orders from Wencor, doesn`t it appear that maybe we got $100K in NRE fees? (not reportable or necessitating mandatory reporting due to lack of significance in the overall scheme, plus NDAs). That $100K didn`t come from interest income! Seems $100K would buy quite a bit of effort by smart engineers (with low OH). Bodes well considering statements in yesterday`s news.
