Pam,
RP's comments were not promises. They are updates on the current state of affairs at e.Digital. I think all understand ongoing business is in a state of flux and subject to change.
It seems that if you are inclined to still be invested after 10 years of this process you must have some confidence in management continuing its efforts to maximize and monetize their patent portfolio.
Past results do not necessarily reflect on future results, and if you disagree with that, why the heck are you still invested ?
For a small, underfunded penny stock to be in play 10 years after the tech bubble burst says a lot for what management had to endure to get to this place of having a top 10 legal firm at its back.
I was initially focused on a small company with patents that targeted a space that was projected to experience a huge growth phase. The company had patents and products and the space expanded exponentially, but the trip took some unusual twists, not entirely unexpected.
Fast forward and Apple became the big hitter, all others vanished or are non events for the most part, however, EDIG still holds the patents and is looking to regain what others profited on EDIG's back.
That is the current state of this investment, for the most part, and I prefer to keep the focus there.
Why some work so hard to divert attention from the business of the company, slight management and investors is beyond me.
