We are still ahead of the round one schedule. It took 7 months for the first settlement from round one to be announced. We have already had a settlement announced from the CO 19 and today are in month 5 of the process.

7 month marker for the CO 19 is May...so they still have time to outperform round 1 from a time frame perspective.

I agree that it does seem longer....lol
