IMO, highly likely.

The legal back and forth from what, Mar-08 until Oct-09, gave Samsung plenty of time to see what we have to offer, and they derived the benefit as we did with the XLA, so do they still need us now or not is the question?

The new encryption patent pending could be the key that opens this door one more time.
