tteddy, the desire for secrecy is coming from e.Digital as well as the licensee. In a recent discussion with RP he emphasized how critical it was that other infringers not know the results of other settlement actions. Keeping previous agreements secret leaves the other side in the dark so to speak as to what we will or will not agree to. Numbers in the Q's give no specifics as to what the actual agreement was. There could be much more than meets the eye for any specific quarter. Beating up management for secrecy is simply not productive or warranted. There are valid reasons for maintaining net silence.
