After dilligently watching another co. pr and settlements, I found that we (investors) will not have all the info. we would like....for better or worse.

NDA are there for many reasons, one which benefits a co. like edig. for further discussions with those that infringe, but unfortunately not for us investors.

My main point was that if it was just all edig mgmt., I too may have a little reservation.

Secondly, my sarcastic comment about a healthy financial climate.........I am not sure how much we should expect, unless there was a settlement with the fruit co. for gazillions of $$$$$$$$$$$$...........I doubt for all lot of share price increase.

I am just glad things are falling into place, so that someday with any luck I can be better off than I am now.
