There was a time, prior to the Internet, where companies like e.Digital gained significance without public opinion.

Where we come out in the wash after these legal actions is anyone's guess....as far as the technology is concerned, it's not up to public opinion in determining where e.Digital lands.

Especially for the field e.Digital is involved, the public could care less of what they technically do.

It's an industry determination and PPS worshippers are going to have to except that fact.
