You're right, this quarter could be ugly...all depends on the structure and timing of the settlement agreements. As I've said, we'll have great fiscal quarters and some not so great.

I certainly believe DM has a team already planning their next lawsuit and it will at least equal the number of defendants we have now. The key is a large number of irons (defendants) in the fire so we don't have long dry spells.
