DRVEN , Unfortunately there is not quick fix to surge in stock price . As you noted in the

past it needs multiple factors combined together to get attention of new investor and

big money movers . In my view eventually with more successful settlements( including

one huge settlement) ,one or multiple cross license partnership announcement

, eVU contract with major US airline , shares buyback by company , solid pursuit strategy

by DM and involvement of microcap fund can change dramatically the valuation of

company and share price. These events can happen much shorter time than we

anticipate.

As per article ; Although market perception can change radically and quickly, the change in stock price often takes place over time as a wave of knowledge moves through the market.
