Indeed. The statement:

"There is no way to hint at these elements without disclosing them."

is an extremely interesting one... and sounds to me like quite a big deal.

Either it's something we have all discussed and would be obvious if hinted at... or it's something different and unexpected but such that even a hint would allow us to deduce their plans and future direction.

Personally I think it will be something completely unexpected. I also think it is business in nature... beyond IP infringement. It also sounds as if all these elements could effectively be revealed in a single announcement. If that were to happen, it could be like a light switch.... or an ignition. I could wait another 6-9 months for that.
