Testing with a national carrier?..That was a couple years back..If they're still testing--it's the world's longest test, cause somebody should have graduated already.

Couple years back? Perhaps so but the most recent (and the one that emit was referring to) was just discussed about 4 months ago (on 11/16/09):

"Regarding our eVU business, we are pleased to report that our efforts, including meetings at last month's WAEA Conference, have resulted in receiving new eVU™ orders for three airlines to date this quarter. These orders include our first from a U.S.-based air carrier," commented Falk. "We look forward to providing additional details as the orders ship later this quarter. With gradually improving airline economics, we are experiencing increasing business activity including eVU trials with U.S.-based and international airlines. We believe these trials and other marketing efforts could result in significant eVU orders."

Obviously this statement doesn’t guarantee that the company will receive significant orders or any at all, but it’s still a reasonable possibility at this point. Consider that the trial itself would take a certain amount of time (and we don’t know when it was to begin), followed by some discussion and negotiation, and finally a completed and signed contract with all the details worked out. Only then would e.Digital order the eVUs to be built (about 6-8 weeks for manufacture and delivery?), and then they would still have to check them all out and deliver to and be paid by the airline. They would not announce any of this to us until all of the above had transpired.

There’s still a decent chance that we may see such an announcement before June 30. Just one of the elements I’m thinking.
