The patents are great...but what have they done for the share price so far? Tier II litigation could be earthshattering, but still remains to be seen. Don't get me wrong...I think that e.Digital will make millions of dollars on the licensing of their patents, but so far, it hasn't helped the share price, and hasn't helped the individual long term investor.

I think that with the way that e.Digital management has been so confident that we will see some major events this year that will be "self evident" and will garner additional investor interest, that it has to be tied to a new/innovative product or service. Or it could be an enormous eVu order for multiple large airlines or the military.

How can you put a difinitive timeframe on the legal system to say that it will definitely happen this year?

Can we file a lawsuit against 50 companies that are infringing our patents (Tier 2?) that would make RP confident that we will get microcap fund interest?

Just more thoughts...
