DB can speak for himself...duh, but I believe the comment of 2/3 per month was in the context of an average, for the CO 19 which started 11/3/09, we have 4 done in 5 months and it is looking like 15 more will be complete by June..as in officially announded, if I understand the flow these go at after a settlement is reached in court, then when EDIG gets "the check" a PR hits the wires.

Yup, 1 - 1.5 mln for the 1st 7, but we don't know what the CO 19 will bring in total yet.

The IP stuff, although a major part of the puzzle, does not complete the picture, and based on what was presented and discussed at the last SHM, and PR's/e-mail replies since then, the formula is there to make something happen...IMO and most here.

Keep "harping" buyout for us...seriously, not a dig at you either.
