Just checked for late filings and don't see any. Should be many filings tomorrow or Friday. Would be nice to see some dismissals since EDIG's pattern has been to file for the dismissal a day or so before the settlement PR. However, we still can't be sure a dismissal filing equates to a settlement since Leica Camera AG was dismissed on 1/29/10 and there's been no settlement PR as yet. With two settlements reached this FQ and the FY end a week away, does EDIG have a nice dessert planned for us? I'm hoping that since the '737 patent infringment was added to their amended complaint, defendants are more inclined to reach an agreement.
