From my prospective, he's not a candidate to arouse investor interest. Perhaps you mean he holds a key interest for an outsider?
The only thing Polis has is a bargaining chip for his own due, in the event someone comes along with an offer he is willing to deal with. He can sell to whomever he feels, at whatever price he feels is in his best interest.

Could insider selling not signal the same?
Who did he sell the 4.6 mill to? The open market or an interested party?
I figure the open market in general has no idea...or do we.
