Certainly Polis or anyone else announcing the move to stake a large position or a controlling interest would attract significant new investor interest, as would a large settlement or a partnership announcement....all possibilities.

What we do know is that Polis already has a 10% stake in the company at a very low cost basis, and they made the move to join the BOD, so they know DM's plan.

Significant new investor interest has to come from somewhere...Polis seems like the most likely candidate to me.
