I could be wrong, been wrong many times, but IMO there is little interest the last several weeks, on pending news, to sell at this level.

We say things like the above often, to include "calm before the storm" and the like.

I can see at the end of the year, why people dump cheap shares because of tax reasons, need a few bucks, or playing the "out and back in game." But this lull, again just my take, is in anticipation of 15 pending settlements.

Speaking of 15, a few posts have had a different figure of what's remaining from the CO 19. We had 1 in Dec, and the 3 SS reported from court in Jan, which recently concluded = 4 to date. Maybe just typos, but wanted to make that point.
