Many market forces took place at this time, and most likely why the PPS did not hold after the 1st declared dividend, but there certainly was an initial positive effect. With around 3 mln in cash for EDIG as we speak IMO, this is not the time to use cash for divs or a buy back. As previously posted, when we have 25, 50, 100 mln in the bank, lets go for it.

I agree either option would send a positive signal to the market, but whether or not an expected uptick in the PPS would sustain itself, is the gamble.

I'm not trying to start an arguement by posting this example, but due to the fact so many comparisons are made between the two companies, posting it FWIW.
