You are forgetting about the cross-licensing and RP stating they have not given away the keys to mos, within the confidentiality clauses, which IMO come into play on the big picture when the new encription gets approved then MOS will spread far beyond what they settled for by getting the entire existing portfolio... then imo there will be those that will not get rights to entire portfilio - maybe some already per doni's encapsulation that are restricted on future use.
