Doesn't Featherstone represent the majority of the defendants?

My guess is that he is looking to minimize damages across the board and consider that a win. But with discovery now uncovering sales figures going back over 10 years, those numbers could be staggering for the defendants.

Does Featherstone want to be the guy who losses to DM, the Markman firm, and costs a slew of clients a fortune or settle this quietly, or is he a gun slinger? My guess is that a large settlement would be a win to put this behind his clients in this economy.

The bar is rising as we speak.

But this is high risk poker and where there is reward, there is risk. But this is what we have been waiting for....and should it go DM's way, this stock explodes.

All in !
