By utilizing WENCOR`s sales force, marketing arm and industry wide connections, EDIG remains lean. I suspect EDIG could go it alone and rename a product something other than the digEplayer and get a bigger cut, but then would have to expand in order to do so.

WENCOR advances the payments to EDIG and the product gets manufactured and shipped without any problems.

WENCOR and EDIG appear to have a symbiotic relationship and I like that the name ``digEplayer`` is becoming a branded entity, which further adds value.

Until EDIG finds another WENCOR, I think we should all be very happy to have had WENCOR see the value of APS when it did.

We all knew it would happen eventually and now it appears it is.
