I would say what your post explains the desperation comment by one of the defense counsel reported by Giants which sounded like "If we are still here" , while commenting on the date set for the Markman Hearing in June...

Considering that most of the action is going to be on the legal side, at least till after the Markman Hearing, I sugget a NEW phrase as our guiding moto. Instead of "AND YOU ARE HERE" we should be using "AND YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH DM". Of course with DABOSS'S PERMISSION...Lol...Lol...
