Dean, perhaps the solution is to require a significant number of hub leaders to concur before a poster is banned. I would even go so far as to require a vote with positive and negative votes cancelling each other (e.g., you vote yes, I vote no - the poster stays). There simply has to be a better way than what is being done now because there are some who simply cannot help but abuse their power (again, referring to no one in particular).
