Sorry if my answer wasn't what you were looking for. As far as HL's no longer having the authority to ban members, I'll obviously comply with whatever new policies Agora implements. Currently HL's can ban disruptive, rule-violating members so I act when I believe a violation has occurred. Agora gave certain members this authority to keep the boards running smoothly without their intervention.

If Agora wants to take the banning authority away from HL's, then they'll need to rest up to handle the upcoming workload.
