applicability of one Markman ruling to other cases. I seem to recall from PTSC experience that a Markman sets the stage for other cases involving different defendants. Is this correct and, in your opinion, what would be the effect of a positive (for e.Digital) Markman on other current or future cases. I am asking for the free version so don't send me a bill for legal services rendered. :>)))
