Dariush G. Adli was with the ...."Chan Law Group, LLP" representing Imation, he's the only noted attorney representing Imation through Chan Law Group. He has apparently ventured off on his own creating his own law group ..."Adli Law Group, P.C" and will now represent Imation through his entity.

I don't know where that leaves Chan Law Group in the case.
