Law360, New York (April 05, 2010) -- Ring Technology Enterprises of Texas LLC has struck settlement deals with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Dell Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and IBM Corp. in a lawsuit over a patent for improved access to memory devices.
