One far -fetched prediction will be acquisition or merger of SPANSION by e.DIGITAL. As you know

SPANSION currently in process of reorganization and emergence from chapter 11 bankruptcy court.

Interestingly their lead counsel for successful reemergence from bankruptcy is DUANE MORRIS LAW FIRM.
