I'll have to agree to disagree with you. I find it hard to believe that reasonable people don't think the posting (by cutting and pasting) of the same PR is not repetitive. That's different than posting your opinion on a thread. (and, no adding a sentence or 2 before the cutting and pasting doesn't make it proper)
