Given a choice, I'm not sure if I want the complete group settlement or since the Markman is scheduled for this year, it wouldn't be better to get on with it, hopefully get a favorable decision and then file on dozens of infringers.
Would like to see this process completed over a 2 year or no more than 3 year time frame.
