Now that they are at the point of discovery of taking a look at the damage amounts, and now that DM is focused on raising the bar, it will be interesting to see at what point they balk and/or settle.

I hope it is at least a ten fold movement, regarding the raising of the bar.

With a Markman lurking in the wings, staring down the barrel at the judge may not be a game the infringers are willing to play....especially with Jameson and company on the other side.
