What say you on how MOS could be resinated into a microcontroler and become in essense 'the microcontroler' ie.,, ours?

IMO MicroOS is an programming algorithm, softeware; when you ad all the accompying IP componet, their unique design/intigration/interfacing needed to make a handheld those are it's hardware aspects.
