For this doc 277, the court seems to be centered on claims construction details now leading into a Markman hearing....do you feel that the court in any way is considering the two phase approach that e.Digital attorneys have presented? I'll have to read the doc later this evening.

IMO, Phase one of their consideration would give e.Digital a better position with more informative information in presenting a better detailed claims construction deliberation.
