The current "Leader" of MMS,, UBSS, seems to pick a line and stick to it, and that line is currently stuck between $.115 to $.13. This in itself has a chilling effect on any enthusiasm the long term shareholder may still have, killing any ORDERS to Buy, or SELL that may exist...

PPS is a function of number of ORDERS Placed both BUY and SELL. And so long as things are on hold and everyone here is waiting for the "Elements" the current picture will reamin, at least until June 15, and certainly not beyond when the case is set for the Markman Hearing.
